Traditional Kashmiri cooking is called Wazhawan and is rich and aromatic with a wonderful flavour. Rice is the staple food and lamb, goat's meat and chicken form the basis of many famous dishes.

In addition Yasmein and her team will be serving up more conventional curry dishes for hungry festival go-ers, including samosas and the always popular (and vegetarian) spinach and potato curry.

Deep in the Yorkshire Dales, a delicious ice cream is produced, and it''s coming all the way to Sutton Park!

Enjoy the creaminess and flavour of over 30 types of Brymor ice cream, made from the milk of pedigree Guernsey cows that graze on the lush pastures of High Jervaulx Farm.

Choose from a range of mouth watering ice creams and sorbets, cream cheesecakes, gateau, hand crafted traditional cheeses, clotted cream or deliciously thick double cream.
Farmhouse Preserves 11:15 to 17:00
Farmhouse Preserves of Crayke has an impressive range of products, which include preserves, curds, chutneys,
and sauces. All of their products are ''hand made'' in small batches with open pans, using only the finest of ingredients. Large batch processing in kettles destroys much of the character of ingredients, rendering the product bland and pureed.

Their unique products are second to none and, because of this, they supplysome of the best country hotels, teashops and independent delicatessens in the UK. Their productsare made to original recipes.

Also available are a range of products from ewes milk yoghurt to frozen fruit and vegetables. Debbie Bell opened the Village Pantry in 2000 with the aim of providing good quality meat reared humanely, without unnecessary use of drugs and antibiotics.
