Returns Policy
TICKETS
We do not offer a refund on Festival tickets and vouchers, unless the festival sells out. If you no longer need your tickets, please send them back to us with a note of the TKR number. If the festival sxells out and we can resell your tickets, we will process a refund.
GOODS
If you would like to return your purchase, you may send it back to us unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Please complete the returns section on your delivery note and enclose with your item. We will refund your payment less postage costs on receipt of the goods.
If you require an exchange for a different size/colour, please re-order on the website in the usual way.
