Welcome to Ryedale!
This year's camp takes place in beautiful Ryedale - an area of North Yorkshire roughly mid-way between our former event sites in Helmsley and Crayke. It's on a secluded farm overlooking the North York Moors, near Ampleforth. We'll send precise location details to ticket buyers nearer the time.
Locally, within walking or cycling distance of the camp, there are loads of great woodland trails for exploting on foot or biking, there's a terrific gastro-pub with, a model railway, a golf course, riding stables, fishing, and loads more.
A few miles up the road is the excellent market of town of Helmsley with its shops, pubs and good accommodation, and also Helmsley Castle which overlooks the town and the driveway into Duncombe Park. Rievalux Abbey is just up the road and well worth a visit too while you're in the area. For more about the region check out the Visit Ryedale website.
Do bring your dogs this year - but please don't let them run free at the event, as it's on a farm with animals including sheep. Plenty of woodland walks to enjoy with them.
